The frontier speaks in broken signals.

A gate ignites. A wreck cools in the dark. A structure changes hands. A pilot vanishes from one system and appears in another. Names shift, routes open, routes die, and half the truth is usually buried before anyone knows what happened.

Black Relay exists to catch what can still be caught.

Its public systems gather world data, source fragments, killmails, routes, structures, entities, materials and field reports, then bind them to provenance before they become rumour. The Registry is the record. The API is the signal line. The status layer is the heartbeat. Nothing is treated as truth simply because it was repeated loudly enough.

Every record carries its weight: verified, probable, reported, stale or unknown. The difference matters. A clean signal can move ships. A bad signal can burn them.

Beyond the public terminal, Black Relay may act in the field. Route intelligence, logistics, transport coordination, field support and contracted operations all belong to the same doctrine: know the path, mark the risk, move with purpose.

Black Relay does not claim to see the whole frontier.

It watches the signal.
